Kleenex Holder Video Tutorials

I finally have the video tutorial up for my Kleenex/Tissue holders. I had to break it up into 2 parts because it was longer than 10 minutes (that’s all that youtube allows per video). Let me know if you have any questions. I hope you enjoy!

Get Well Soon Kleenex Holder Swap

We were supposed to make a “get well soon” project for this month’s stamp club swap. I have seen several of these mini Kleenex/tissue holders around and decided that they would be perfect for this swap. I couldn’t find a tutorial that was exactly what I had imagined, so I made up my own box. I will be posting a tutorial on how I made it soon!

Bunches of Baby Shower Invites

A girl I work with is expecting her first baby this Fall. Some girls at work and I are throwing her a baby shower next week, and I volunteered to make the invitations. It was a bigger project than I expected, but I think it was worth it. I made 43 of them, but messed up on 2. I am thankful for the help my mom and sister gave me with cutting out all the giraffes, and for the help my husband gave me with assembling them all. Everyone at work seemed to love them.

I used the “Wild About You” stamp set. It is retired now, but there is a similar stamp set with a similar giraffe image called “Animal Stories” (pg. 88 – Item #116716)

The Holiday Mini is Here!

The holiday mini catalog is here! Everyone is able to order from it starting today through January 4, 2010. I was able to pre-order a few items. I went a little crazy and ordered a ton of stamp sets. I am excited to start working on some projects with these new stamps. Here are some pictures of what I pre-ordered. I apologize for the blurry, awful pictures. I need to practice my photography! If you would like to order any of these sets, please feel free to contact me here, or visit my online store at stephaniestroud.stampinup.net.

New Demo, New Blog

I just signed up to be a new Stampin’ Up! Demonstrator last week.  I am a web developer by trade, so of course, I have to start a new blog too.  I am going to be creating videos and posting projects and instructions.  I am excited to get started.  My new demonstrator kit should be here tomorrow and I just placed another big order yesterday.  I have got lots of ideas and can’t wait to get started.  I hope you check back often to see what new things I have posted!
